Building Story

From here to here

Built as an ice store for the city's market traders, then the Italians who brought ice cream to 19th century Manchester, it later became rehearsal space for two of the city's most iconic bands, The Stone Roses and Happy Mondays.

We redeveloped it, complimenting its original red brick facade with three new-build blocks around a glass atrium, and reopened its doors in 2012, bringing Cutting Room Square back to life.
